ULg postdocs

From IFPA wiki

The University of Liège offers 25 postdoctoral posts, starting in the fall. The net salary will be about 2100 euros/month. Please refer to the end of this announcement for the exact rules governing these fellowships.

The IFPA group at the Université de Liège would welcome the opportunity to host individuals interested in pursuing postdoctoral research in astroparticle physics or cosmology. Our group consists of 3 permanent members (J.R. Cudell, Y. de Rop, D. Hutsemekers), 4 postdocs, and 2 graduate students. Our group studies many aspects of particle physics, as well as problems related to astrophysics (dark matter, cosmic ray showers, AGN polarization and large-scale structures...).

We are at present looking for researchers interested in:

  • models of non-SUSY dark matter ;
  • the effects of large-scale structures on the spin of AGNs ;
  • high-energy cosmic rays showers;
  • extensions of the standard model with astrophysical consequences.

Individuals interested in being sponsored for this program should send a curriculum vitae, a list of publications, a 2-page research project and two letters of reference, to J.R. Cudell.
