Reverse the order of pages in file.pdf:

pdftk file.pdf cat end-1 output reversed.pdf

Turn pdf to ps:
```
pdftops reversed.pdf
```

Repack into pdf and get a smaller file:

ps2pdf -dPDFSETTINGS=/ebook reversed.ps file.pdf
