Interactions Fondamentales en Physique et en Astrophysique

The IFPA group on the one hand studies the consequences of theoretical models in Particle Physics (axions, hidden sector) on astrophysical observables. The group also studies physics related to high-energy colliders (TeVatron, LHC) and cosmic rays and high-energy neutrinos. On the other hand, as a member of the Virgo collaboration, it is also involved in the analysis of gravitational wave data — in particular burst data and neutron-star signals, and in the use of machine learning for these analyses.
